YoBeat: Making Fun of Snowboarding Since 1997

At this point every Yobeat reader should know we had our first truly amazing comment battle. One of snowboarding’s most prominent photographers, Tim Zimmerman, and one of snowboarding’s most unsponsored riders, Blake Geis, went head to head in an all out keyboard rope-a-dope of anger, wit, and sarcasm. Todd felt a bit lazy this week and wanted to let everyone know, “Go fuck yourselves.” After all, he had plans to see Bruno. His love of controversy won him over though and before leaving to see an hour and a half of swinging man meat Todd weighed in on the greatest comment battle of all time.

Yobeat: So you read the Tim Zimmerman vs. Blake Geis comment battle?

Todd: Yeah I was bummed I couldn’t participate.

Yobeat: Well, here is your chance.

1. Who won? Who looked more foolish? Who looked more pathetic? How do you weigh in on that little electronic scuffle?

Todd: Well, I see it like two ugly fat chicks fighting. No matter who wins, they are still ugly and fat. I think Tim did the most fighting though, which may or may not be due to his baldness. But I have chronic diarrhea, so who am I to judge? Male pattern gayness.

2. Would you have rather been Tim or Blake in that situation?

Todd: So would I rather be Rosey O’donnell or Carnie Wilson?
