Oh MTV Canada

Sometimes we wish we were Canadian. Those lucky bastards with their universal health care and cute accents. But then someone pointed “Peak Season” out to us.

Peak Season is new docu-series premieres on MTV in Canada October 19th at 10pm ET with back-to-back episodes. The series takes an unfiltered look at the lives, loves and adventures of a tight-knit group of young people in Whistler, British Columbia, Canada.

So basically it’s a Real World-Style show set in Whistler showcasing the drama-filled lives of a bunch of no-name boarders, probably hoping to cash in on the Olympic hype. And now we’re proud to be American once again. Don’t believe us? Check out the trailer.
