Political Point and Counter-Point
Commentary with guest Yobeat analysts Nick and Sara.
Names have not been changed to protect the
innocent neither did this conversation ever take place outside of the
imaginary world of fluffy kittens and pink rainbows that is Yobeat.

1. With the re-election of George W. Bush to
another term, and the situation continually darkening in Iraq do you think
that an energetic, informed, and viable anti-war movement will finally
materialize in the United States?
Nick: Dude, I went to Stowe on Sunday… it was sick…
like 6” of freshies. It got tracked out by noon, so we took bong hits in
the parking lot and then hit the park.
Sarah: Ummm… I don’t want to go in there; I’m kind
of afraid of hippies.
2. Do you think that overall the elections in
Iraq were a success and/ or do you think the elections will help quell
armed insurrections as the Bush administration claims?
Nick: Dude, all I have is this ice scraper.
Sarah: You know, I don’t even really snowboard. I
mean, I’m kind of over it
3. (Final question); Is there long term
hope for peace in the Middle East, and if so, do you think current U.S.
foreign policy is helping or hindering that cause?
Nick: It’s supposed to dump by the end of the week.
You should come riding.
Sarah: Seriously, don’t talk to me; I don’t know
you and you’re kind of freaking me out.
